You need to be over 18 and able to role model good self-management.
For our face-to-face volunteering roles, you must live in East Berkshire, or be registered with a GP in East Berkshire which includes Ascot, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Sandhurst, Slough, and Windsor.
For our online volunteering roles, it doesn't matter where you live in Berkshire.

Opportunities
We're looking for volunteers to provide support online via Microsoft Teams, to help others become more confident and skilled in their ability to improve their own physical and mental wellbeing through peer support and self-management skills.
You will help our teams provide our online Pop In Café support groups and attending online Volunteer meetings.
Volunteers will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages and should be committed to equal opportunities.
We are looking for a commitment of at least 4 hours monthly, which would cover support for two Pop In Cafes each month and attendance at our monthly volunteer meeting.
