Governors play a crucial role in ensuring local accountability. Their key responsibilities include appointing the Chair and Non-Executive Directors on the Board of Directors and selecting the external auditor. Additionally, they provide valuable advisory support to our Board, contributing to the development of the Trust’s Annual Plan, which outlines our priorities for the upcoming year.
