Global IT outage: Our services are continuing to operate

You may have seen reports of a global IT outage which has affected many different organisations across the world.
We would like to reassure patients that our services are continuing to operate and if you have an appointment, please assume this is going ahead unless you’ve been informed otherwise.
Our internal systems have been working as normal, however some of our third-party external systems were experiencing temporary issues earlier today.
We were able to put in place contingency measures which mitigated any impact on our services and ensured the safety and wellbeing of our patients.
