We’re launching a new Talking Therapies website
We’re excited to announce that we're launching our new Talking Therapies website this October.
Our new website will make it even easier for you to find support if you’re coping with depression, stress, anxiety or phobias.
Find support, quick
You can find support quickly using the menus at the top of the pages, and our new search bar. You’re never more than a click or a call away from getting support.
Therapies
We’ve added more information about the therapies we may offer, depending on your needs. If you feel that you need support, you can refer yourself, or ask your GP for a referral. After your Wellbeing Assessment with our team, we’ll offer the right therapy to suit you.
Self-help support
You don’t need to be referred to us to get help. Our self-help guides and resources are available to everyone. We also offer advice if you want to support someone else, like a family member or friend.
Accessibility
Our new website will now use Browsealoud. This tool can translate and read out pages in over 20 different languages. To use it, click the orange button in the top right hand corner of the pages.
If you’ve recently registered with Talking Therapies, or booked a place onto our Stress Less workshops for example, we will still have your information. You don’t need to re-book.
Follow our Talking Therapies team on Twitter to keep up to date of when our new website will launch.
If you do need help finding something, you can contact our team and we’ll help you.
