They are changeable in nature. They may feel easy to manage one day, and very difficult on another.

We offer guidance and advice in a number of areas, such as:

  • Guidance about return to work and communication with employers
  • Fatigue management
  • Advice on return to sporting activities and deconditioning
  • Pain management strategies
  • Advice on cognitive strategies
  • Guidance on how to manage and improve breathlessness
  • Online resources to work through independently
  • Personalised recordings aimed at addressing vocational and other issues

Depending on your needs, we may offer individual or group-support sessions.

Individual sessions

Individual one-to-one sessions could be with a physiotherapist, psychological therapist, or occupational therapist.

We offer these sessions in several locations, including Finchampstead and Reading.

We also offer virtual appointments, via video or phone.

Individual appointments will last up to 1 hour.

Group sessions

Group sessions are with other people experiencing ongoing and adverse effects from Long COVID

We provide these over a virtual platform, like Microsoft Teams.

Group sessions will be 90 minutes (1 ½ hours) for a period of 6 weeks.

When you’re referred to us, we’ll confirm your appointment details.

At your appointment, we’ll talk with you about how you’re getting on with symptoms, and concerns you have about how they’re affecting your daily life.

We’ll ask you to complete some tasks and exercises to complete between sessions.

We work alongside our IPASS Team, based in Finchampstead.

You can contact us if you have any questions about your referral, or need to rearrange your appointment
