Every member of our leadership team has experience that helps us continually develop and improve everything we do.
Our Trust Board
Our board is made up of both executive and non-executive directors. They’re responsible for setting and delivering our strategy as well as making sure we meet all our legal and regulatory obligations.
The board also spends time monitoring our operational performance, making sure that we provide quality care, prioritise patient safety and achieve financial sustainability.

Our locality directors
We’ve organised our Trust into six areas, matching the local authority boundaries, to make sure that our services match the needs of local people.
Each area is overseen by a locality director, who is responsible for the operational management of our local services and to work in close partnership with our clinical directors.
Together, our directors make sure that all our service delivery is always informed by clinical knowledge and expertise, focusing heavily on patient safety.
Our Governors
Our status as a Foundation Trust means that we’re directly accountable to you and the rest of Berkshire. We achieve this through our Council of Governors who hold our non-executives to account for the performance of our Board.
