New Horizons
New Horizons is the base for our Community Mental Health Team in Slough. We work with adults with complex and severe mental health difficulties and offer support to carers and families too.
Help us stop the spread of respiratory and other infections
Please do not visit us if you have had an infectious illness during the past two days e.g. diarrhoea, vomiting, rashes, a heavy cold, cough or COVID/ flu.

We have limited on site parking which is free to our staff and patients, including a number of disabled parking spaces.
