Mental Health Support during Coronavirus (COVID-19)
If you need mental health support, please contact our Talking Therapies service or our Common Point of Entry (CPE) team.
You will be able to speak with a mental health practitioner who will direct you to the right service, including support from our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.
Talking Therapies 0300 365 0200
CPE 0300 365 0300
You should only call NHS111 if you have a physical health concern.
They will be able to direct you to the most appropriate service. Only in a medical emergency should you contact 999 or attend the local A&E department.
If you'd like to make a referral into one of our services but you're not sure how, please check the service information page first.
We've included information on how to access each service to make it as easy as possible.
Once you're ready, you can make one of the following referrals:
- Make an adult community health referral
- Make an adult mental health referral
- Make a child or young person referral
- Making a veterans mental health referral (TILS)
Making a self-referral
If you're self-referring, please check the service information page first as only some of our services accept self-referrals.
