Management of candidate data
If you are successful in applying for a role at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, your personal data will become part of your employment record with us and will be retained in line with our current retention and HR guidelines.
If you are unsuccessful for a role that you have applied for via TRAC, we will keep your details and application within TRAC.
Should you wish to be placed in to our Webrecruit Talent Pool, we may contact you regarding other potential suitable roles.
Your details will be held in TRAC for 400 days after which the file will be deleted.

If you have submitted your CV for a position within the trust that you are subsequently unsuccessful for, have applied for a role through the Webrecruit platform, have requested to join the talent pool or you have provided your details to Berkshire Healthcare at recruitment events via an MS Form, we will keep your details in our Webrecruit Talent Pool and the application and management tracking spreadsheet and may contact you regarding other potential suitable roles.
Your details will be held in the Webrecruit Talent Pool and application and management tracking spreadsheet for 730 days (2 years) to allow a reasonable timeframe to share suitable vacancies with you, after which the file will be deleted.

If you decide that you would like to opt out of the talent pool, please login to your Webrecruit account and submit a deletion request which will be actioned within 28 days or email.

If you are matched to a role which you are subsequently successful for, your details will be removed from the Webrecruit Talent Pool and the application and management tracking spreadsheet after 730 days (2 years).
You may also be asked to complete a TRAC application as part of the recruitment process and your details will be held within TRAC for a further 200 days before being deleted.
On day 1 of your employment, your personal details will form part of your employment record and will be retained in line with current retention and HR guidelines.
