Our commitment to friends, family, and carers
If you are supporting the health and wellbeing of a friend or family member who has or is receiving support from our services, we want to make sure you feel supported, valued and informed
We've created a Friends, Family, and Carers Charter which sets out our pledge to promote a culture that makes it easier for carers to work in partnership with our services.
This includes engaging with you, as a carer, to learn from your experiences and help improve our services, help you maintain your own personal health and wellbeing, and ensure you understand your rights.

Help us improve our services
As a carer, you’ll have first-hand experience of how our services support our patients and you therefore may have suggestions on how we can continue to improve the design and delivery of our services.
Understanding your perspective can help us continue to develop good practice.
You can share your views and experiences by completing our Friends, Family and Carers Feedback form, taking part in forums, interview panels, and talking to our teams as part of our learning programmes.
