Transgender Day of Visibility

Transgender Day of Visibility takes place each year to celebrate trans and non-binary people and raise awareness of discrimination faced by trans people worldwide.

To mark this special awareness day, last week, our Pride Network hosted a meeting, where staff heard from Jude, a transgender, non-binary model and LGBTQIA+ advocate. Jude spoke to us about the importance of the visibility and representation of trans people, and how vital educating people about the trans community is. 

As a Trust we want to be a great place to work for everyone, a place where everyone is treated with respect and a place where everyone can be their true self.
