We provide rehabilitative care to people with complex and severe mental health difficulties.
CREST is part of our Community Mental Health Transformation programme.

When you are referred to CREST, the first step will be an assessment to understand your situation and what support you require.
Depending on your needs, our team of specialists can work with you to learn the skills and techniques you need to live a happy, independent life outside of hospital.
This might include:
- Building your emotional resilience
- Creating a community support network
- Helping you to access physical health care
- Offering brief interventions and therapies
We can support you with your rehabilitation needs, if we think it will help, we may guide you to another service.
You must already be in the care of Berkshire Healthcare team, who will refer you to us based on your needs. You will also need to be over the age of 18, and be registered with a GP in Berkshire.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept self-referrals.
Our mental health teams and services, including Talking Therapies, are available if you need support.
