Freedom to Speak Up
We are always keen to hear from those who work for, or with, us if they have any genuine concerns about what they may see or experience.
If you work for us - including students, locums, volunteers, agency and bank workers, and contractors - you can confidentially get in touch with our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
Please raise any concerns that you have about wrongdoing, fraud, malpractice, or risk that affects others (including the safety of our patients, the public, staff or the reputation of our Trust) to our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian.
Together we can make this a transparent place to work, promoting and encouraging all staff to speak up freely. We've created a poster that you can display in your workspaces and wards.

Patients, relatives and members of the public with concerns
If you don’t work for or with us but have a concern you’d like to raise, you can contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), or you can speak to a member of staff at one of our sites.
