Grand opening of the new Berkshire dental surgery

On Wednesday 13 December 2023, the Berkshire Community Dental service hosted the grand opening of their brand new dental surgery. 

The Berkshire Community Dental service is available for those who are unable to visit a general dentist because of a health condition, disability, or specific dental problem, such as: 

• A learning or physical disability
• A complex medical problem
• A severe mental health problem
• Dementia or frailty
• Needing dental care at home

The additional third surgery in Whitley Health and Social Service Centre is modern, bright and has an illuminated picture on the ceiling, helping patients feel at ease and provide a better sensory experience. 

The Community Dental team are delighted with their new space and would like to thank Wyn Jones & Jo Richardson at EDTS for their ongoing support throughout the build.

The service is available upon referral only, from your dentist, GP or self-referral.
